Who makes your products?
All our products are conceived and designed by ourselves. From games and greeting cards to our personalized name posters — every design originates from our own ideas and creativity.
We do not work with standard, purchased designs. Everything you find in our shop is original and developed with care within our family. As a result, our products are exclusive and not available anywhere else.
We make what we create with care. Why? Because we believe that personal products should also be personally designed.
Will I receive a preview before the name poster is shipped?
In principle, you will not receive a preview beforehand. We handle every order with care and thoroughly check everything before printing.
Would you like to be involved in the creative process? On the product page, you can choose to be kept informed. Leave your contact details and we will guide you through the design step by step.
You will then receive a selection of possible quotes and have the opportunity to provide any color changes. We will only print once you are completely satisfied.

What is the delivery time?
Our goal is to ship orders within 48 hours. However, this may vary for some (personalized) products. More information about the shipping time of the ordered product can be found on the product page.
Can I return a personalized product?
Our personalized products are designed and produced especially for you with care. Because every poster is unique and fully tailored to your chosen name, size, and preferences, these products cannot be returned.
Would you like extra certainty beforehand? On the product page, you can choose to be kept informed during the design process. You will receive a selection of possible quotes and have the opportunity to submit any color changes in a timely manner. We only print when you are satisfied with the design.
Why does Sim Publishing appear on my invoice when I order something from Tafrara Arts?
Tafrara Arts is a creative label within our family, whose products are offered exclusively through Sim Publishing. Because Sim Publishing manages the webshop and processes payments, the invoice is administratively issued in the name of Sim Publishing.
Behind every Tafrara Arts product lies the same care, attention, and love for design. Only the administrative processing is handled by Sim Publishing.
Do you also ship to Belgium or internationally?
Yes, we ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. International shipping is possible; delivery times may vary by country.
What if I made a mistake in my order?
Did you accidentally make a spelling mistake in the name or select the wrong option? Then please contact us as soon as possible via info@simpublishing.com .
Because personalized products are made especially for you, we usually start the design shortly after receiving the order. The sooner you contact us, the greater the chance that we can still process the adjustment.

Are the colors on the poster exactly the same as on my screen?
We do our utmost to display the colors as true to life as possible. However, please keep in mind that colors on a screen may vary due to your device settings and lighting conditions.
Each poster is carefully printed on high-quality paper, where we strive for a warm and harmonious look that matches the design.
Do the posters come with frames?
Unless otherwise stated, our posters are delivered without a frame. This allows you to choose a frame that perfectly matches your interior and style.
For some sizes or variants, a list can be optionally added. This is always clearly indicated on the product page.
