Returns and Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel or return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. The product must be handled with care. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, a reduction in value may be charged.

To initiate a return, you can contact us via info@simpublishing.com Please include your order number and the products you wish to return. Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted.

The costs of return shipping are at the consumer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Personalized products
Products manufactured according to consumer specifications or that have a clearly personal character (such as personalized name posters) are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible via info@simpublishing.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. We will assess the problem and offer a suitable solution.

Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, you will receive notification regarding the approval of the return. Upon approval, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that the product has been returned.
