Shipping Policy
We do our best to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Processing time
We aim to process and ship orders within 2 working days .
During busy periods or for personalized products, the processing time can increase to a maximum of 5 working days .
Processing takes place on working days (Monday to Friday), with the exception of public holidays.
If a different processing time applies, this is stated with the relevant product.
Delivery time
After dispatch, the average delivery time within the Netherlands and Belgium is 1–5 working days . For international shipments, the delivery time may vary depending on the country of destination.
No rights can be derived from the stated delivery times.
Postage costs
Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout, before the order is finally confirmed.
Delay
Although we do our best to deliver orders on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrectly provided address
The consumer is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly provided address, any additional shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.
Damage or loss during shipping
The risk of damage to or loss of products rests with Sim Publishing until the moment of delivery to the consumer.
